At its core, the Apex encompasses the same tried & true drying fundamentals that farmers have trusted for generations. The Apex features touchscreen controls and commands the entire drying process – delivering 24/7 automated control based on the your defined drying conditions. New features include:

Ultra-High Capacity Circu-Lator III

Taking our Circu-Lator System to all new capacities, the Ultra-High Capacity (UHC) Circu-Lator 3 delivers drying throughput of up to 1,710 Bushels per Hour and 41,040 Bushels per Day with Shivvers’ 24/7 drying capabilities.

Sporting a robust 10 inch Center Vertical Auger to maximize removal, the UHC Circu-Lator 3 alleviates removal rate bottlenecks for farmers needing the most out of their systems. Transferring power to the center vertical is managed by our most durable gearbox yet, featuring a 1-piece solid milled housing & unified internal shaft.

Available for bin diameters to include 36′, 42′, & 48′, the UHC Circu-Lator 3 is designed to fit into new drying setups, existing bins, or to upgrade your existing Shivvers System to achieve next-level capacity.

Revolutionizing bin monitoring systems as we know it, the Auto-Bin Site Controller is built to power your entire bin-site fleet from the same control. Delivering a cost effective solution for farmers with multiple bins at their site, the Auto-Bin Site Controller allows you to independently manage & automate each bin based on the application from a single control. Equip your storage bins for what your needs are – whether that’s reconditioning soybeans, monitoring stored grain for spoilage signs, or as simple as LiDAR or live Camera to have a pulse on inventory (or security).

Proudly introducing the newest addition to Shivvers Grain Transfer options, Shivvers Double-Run Conveyors can be installed to take grain from the Center Vertical Auger to storage, facilitating continuous-flow drying, or between storage bins for a complete grain transfer solution. Managed & automated by Shivvers Command Centers, the chain and paddle design delivers:

Upgrade your drying bin spreader with the new Ultra-High Capacity (UHC) Level-Dry to increase drying capacity by up to 20%. Shivvers’ UHC Level-Dry uses a hopper to direct grain to a horizontal auger. Grain is augured outward, controlling grain depth & static pressure – converting your Shivvers Counter-Flow Dryer into a high speed system.
