Shivvers Performance Systems are a customizable package of high performance equipment engineered to work together to provide optimum performance for drying grain, using continuous Counter-Flow technology. Learn More
The Circu-Lator 2 Performance System is Shivvers’ signature system and offers you Continuous Counter-Flow Drying in bins up to 42’ in diameter. The Shivvers Circu-Lator 2 Performance System is designed to dry up to 600 bushels per hour. The tapered sweep augers remove an even layer of dried grain from the perforated floor to the center vertical where it is lifted to a transfer auger and on to your storage bins.
All Circulator systems have a built in unloading auger which will unload the bin at high speed until the grain will no longer flow by gravity. At this point the tapered sweep auger may be used to continue unloading. The unloading auger and recirculating mechanism may be operated separately or together. (1) Pushing jaw clutch into position operates the drive shaft and recirculating mechanism. (2) Pushing the drive pin into position engages the unloading auger.

Heralded as one of the best in the industry, Shivvers heavy duty continuous-flow augers are designed to move hundreds of thousands of bushels of grain annually.
Used to measure back pressure in the plenum area of the bin.
This long stem thermometer mounts with the probe into the plenum chamber which provides a visual confirmation of the temperature inside the plenum.
"We have one 30 foot bin with a Shivvers unit in it, we’ve eliminated some other (dryers) in other bins and now just use them for storage, it blended in well with the existing set up that we had before."
"I'm half way through harvest now using the system, and it is doing everything pretty well they promised it would do, and it's keeping up with my demand to where this one system will take care of all my drying needs that I anticipate."
"In 2010, we dried in our Shivvers system and that year it saved us enough money, had we dried commercially, the system paid for itself in one year."
