Precision Drying Control

The CompuDry® Command Center constantly monitors conditions such as grain moisture, grain temperature, and plenum temperature, while also controlling all components of the system. Designed with the operator in mind, it is easy to use with fingertip control of your entire drying process. Make your initial settings to the Command Center, concentrate on harvesting your crop, and keep grain in the drying tank… while the Command Center does the rest.

When your grain reaches the desired moisture level, the CompuDry® Command Center engages the transfer auger and the dried grain is moved from your drying tank to your storage bin. If any grain hasn’t reached the desired moisture content, the CompuDry® Command Center turns the transfer auger off and allows the grain to dry for a calculated period of time and then re-test the grain moisture. The Command Center will take up to 120 samples of grain per hour.

Moisture control easily calibrated to match your local elevator
Continuous flow auger and grain spreader starter w/ overload relay. (One is standard, four maximum)

Adjustable transfer auger clean-out timer allows clean out (10-127 seconds)
Low grain shut-off automatically shuts off Circu-Lator and heater when grain level becomes low. Automatic shut-down of fan(s) after timed cooling.
Machine starter w/ automatic relay. (On-Off-Auto)
Past 12 hours average moisture
Bold bright LED readouts and indicator lights.
Select grain type; Corn, Milo, Wheat or Soybeans & Oilseeds
Optional printer gives you a printed record of your drying system’s operation every time a moisture reading is taken. An additional printout of all settings is automatically printed every 6 hours.
