Dri-Flo 1500

Removal rates up to 1,445 bushels per hour.

The Dri-Flo 1500 Counter-Flow Grain Dryer offers a removal rate of up to 1445 bushels per hour and transfers grain from the bottom of the bin.  The heavy duty bonnet with removable panels allows easy access to grease the center gearbox. Three tapered sweep augers bring grain through “metering ring” liners located under the bonnet. Fingers on these liners restrict grain flow so an even layer of grain is drawn off the floor without coning out in the center of the bin. The grain is then dropped into the basket where it is picked up by the horizontal unload auger and carried to an available Jumpster auger, air system, or elevator leg.

Three Ultra High Capacity Tapered Sweep Augers

These ultra high capacity sweeps remove approximately 500 bushels per hour each. This seriously increased removal rate allows for increased drying rate as produced by larger or multiple fans and heaters.

8" Horizontal Unload

The drying bin can be unloaded independently of the Circu-Lator through the built-in unloading system.  The horizontal discharge unit may be converted to vertical discharge with the addition of an 'add-on' vertical unloader.

Heavy Duty Gearbox

Rugged gearboxes are built for long years of durable service.  They are packed with moly grease, have oversize 1 1/4" stressproof shafts, hardened steel gears and tapered thrust bearings.  They are protected by three seals on every shaft opening and zerks are provided for directly lubricating each bearing.
