The Shivvers Hi-Torque Circu-Lator 2 Performance System is designed to meet high capacity drying needs from 14,000 to 24,400 bushels per day.  This Performance System includes the Hi-Torque Circu-Lator 2 Machine, featuring two ultra-high capacity tapered sweep augers, two 10 HP motors, and a heavy-duty center gearbox.  The center vertical has been designed with a broader spread head for the recirculating spreader.  This allows the grain to be distributed to the sidewall of larger diameter bins.

  • Surge capacity up to 14,500 bushels
  • Up to 24,400 bushels dried per day
  • Removal rates up to 1010 bushels per hour
  • For bins 33', 36', 42', or 48' in diameter

Capacities are based on yellow corn dried under conditions of 50˚F Ambient, 70% Relative Humidity, Drying temperature at 180˚F  at Static Pressure (SP) indicated,
 estimated Grain depth 6' with 1 1/2 pts removed in slow cooling process.  Specifications shown with LP, use of NG may make results vary.
