Circu-Lator

SIMPLE OPERATION

Start your fan, heater, and Circu-Lator.  Add wet grain as you combine it.  You have wet holding up to 16 ft. deep.  The CompuDry Command Center automatically starts the Circu-Lator as the bottom layer of grain becomes dry.    The Tapered Sweep Augers rotates around the bin removing dry grain in a thin even layer.

This dry grain is pulled to bin center where it is elevated to the top by the slow turning Center Vertical Auger.  Here the Continuous Flow Auger transfers the dry grain out to other storage bins.  The CompuDry Command Center stops the tapered sweep augers when the dry grain has been removed, automatically starting it again to maintain the average moisture content you have chosen.

The grain in the storage bins is slow aeration cooled, removing additional 1 1/2 points of moisture.

When the dryer has unloaded to the 2-ft level, the CompuDry Command Center automatically stops the
Circu-Lator and turns the fan(s) and burner off.  (It may also be set to cool down the remaining 2 ft of grain, then turn the fan off.)

NO BABY-SITTING

Dry automatically, around the clock - day and night without babysitting.  A quick check in the morning and evening is all that's required.  These checks are taken from the ground, using the grain sampling valve.

Circu-Lator owners operate the system 24 hours a day, without babysitting.   Moisture control is outstanding - and the large built in wet surge capacity gives you non-stop "around the clock" drying.

RECIRCULATING BATCH DRYER

Turn off the Continuous Flow Auger when you have filled your storage bins.  Use the Circu-Lator bin as a Re-circulating Batch Dryer.  The Circu-Lator removes a later of grain from the drying floor, elevates it up the Center Vertical Auger and through the built in Re-circulation Spreader to re-spread it on top.

Fill the bin as you Re-circulate and dry.  The CompuDry Command Center automatically stops over-drying by turning down or turning off the heat when nearly dry grain is re-circulated.  The result is a bin full of uniform grain at your selected moisture content.

After the bin becomes full, the command center is reset to dry to the desired moisture content in the final pass.  When the bin is completely dried, the burner is turned off and the grain is cooled by the drying fan.

SURGE CAPACITY

The Circu-Lator System has wet holding capacity as large as the drying bin.  Wet grain may be added to the drying bin at any time-as fast as you harvest.  This large surge capacity lets you harvest rapidly when the going is good-and stretches out the drying load when weather and other problems slow you down.

Circu-Lator I

For 1/2 the capacity of a Circu-Lator II, Shivvers makes a Circu-Lator I, with one Tapered Sweep and a 6" diameter center Vertical Auger.  With this unit a 4" diameter Transfer Auger can be used.
